Human Resource Management Programme (Association of Business Executives)

There are many opportunities for well qualified students in the business, human resource, marketing, financial and industrial sectors and increasingly the public services such as health education and local government. The college offers a number of ABE courses that lead to internationally recognised professional and academic qualifications.

Commencement: January, July & September of each year.

Study Mode: Full-Time (15-21 hours per week)

Duration: One academic year at each level

Structure

The Human Resource Management Programme is offered at Certificate, Diploma (Part 1 & Part 2) and Advanced Diploma level. The subjects and requirements for each level are indicated below.

Entry Requirement: ABE Certificate or Two GCE ‘A’ levels together with four GCSEs at Grade C or above.

Entry Requirement: ABE Diploma or other recognised qualification of an approved overseas institution of Higher Education.

ABE qualification are well established and meet the entry requirements for BA (Hons) or MBA programmes at leading British, Australian and American Universities. The successful completion of ABE Advanced Diploma will normally be accepted by most universities for BA (Hons) or BBA degree 3rd year or Postgraduate Diploma in Management Studies (DMS) leading to MBA.
